Neighborhood Congress

The Neighborhood Congress will take place October 17, 2023, from 7–9pm at the ARC.
The City of Columbia invites you to come and share your thoughts on the FY 2025-FY 2029 Consolidated Plan. The five year consolidated plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds.
Participants in the Neighborhood Congress will provide input in the following community needs:
- affordable housing
- economic development
- fair housing
- neighborhood needs
- community facilities
Public input on affordable housing, economic development, and community facilities will be necessary as the City prepares these plans for the next several years, which will have a direct impact throughout the entire community.
